What You'll Do
* Conduct market, competitor, and client research to guide global product strategy
* Evaluate and recommend enhancements or new offerings based on market and client insights
* Collect, validate, and analyze data to inform product development decisions
* Present findings and recommendations to senior management to shape strategy
* Maintain deep knowledge of investment products and industry trends to anticipate opportunities
* Manage cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring strategic alignment
* Build internal and external relationships to enhance research and strategic outcomes

What You Bring
* Experience in Asset Management or Investment Management is essential
* CFA designation is highly desirable
* Strong experience conducting market, competitor, and client analysis
* Proven ability to inform and shape product strategy
* Hands-on experience developing or enhancing investment products
* Knowledge of Fixed Income, Equity, or Multi-Asset investment product
