Key Responsibilities
Undertake research and analysis to support planning applications and development proposals
Prepare high-quality planning statements, reports, and presentations
Liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities
Provide professional planning advice across a range of projects, including rural developments
Requirements
Degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related discipline
Proven experience in a town planning role
Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrable experience in rural planning
