Key Responsibilities:• Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and paralegals within the conveyancing team• Transcribe digital dictations accurately and efficiently• Produce well-presented, professional documentation in a timely manner• Handle scanning, filing, photocopying, allocating, and archiving legal paperwork• Manage case files using the firm's case management system• Answer and manage telephone calls, liaising with clients and professional contacts• Support fee earners with diary management and the organisation of meetings• Carry out additional duties as requested by senior colleagues• Maintain strict confidentiality in line with GDPR and firm requirements
