The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into classrooms during teacher absence, ensuring lessons run smoothly and students remain engaged in their learning. You will deliver pre-prepared lesson materials, manage classroom behaviour, and support pupils across a range of subjects and year groups.
While lesson planning and marking are not required, you will play a key role in maintaining a positive learning environment and upholding the school s high expectations. Confidence, adaptability, and strong communication skills are essential.
