Job Description

We are actively seeking a Customer Service/Administrator to work in Hemel Hempstead supporting the team.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and leave at 4.45 on a Friday so just a 34.75 hour week!

Day to day you will be answering inbound calls, offering support to clients looking to make bookings. You will focus on providing a seamless service and you will be utilising your administrative ability. The role requires someone who is has patience, can work on their own initiative and deal with any queries that may arise.

You will be friendly, have a professional telephone manner, have a good eye for detail, enjoy customer interaction and have strong IT ability.

In return the company offer a salary of up to 28000pa

24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Death in service cover (3x salary)
