Our client is looking for a field based Service Engineer to join their growing organisation.
This position is responsible for the service, repair, and support of Canon Eyecare, Kowa and other medical instruments across the UK and international countries. The role requires the engineer to deliver a high standard of technical service and customer support, including installations, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software related to all medical devices (medical industry experience not required).
This is a field-based role involving regular travel across the UK and International countries, with a requirement to work unsociable hours and weekends as needed to meet business demands.
The role requires commitment and a can do attitude, strong work ethics, complete flexibility, and a high level of professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction and business efficiency at all times.
Experience working with ophthalmic or medical diagnostic technologies in a commercial or clinical setting isn't essential. Attitude and a strong work ethic is key.
