Nursery Nurse

  • Annual Salary: £95 - £110 per day
  • Location: Colliers Wood, South West London
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you a warm, passionate, and dedicated Nursery Nurse looking to make a real impact in early years education? Join our friendly and community-centred nursery in Colliers Wood, where we are seeking an enthusiastic practitioner to join our supportive team.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Plan and deliver fun, stimulating activities in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Foster positive, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment.
  • Observe and assess children's development, contributing to progress reports.
  • Support with daily routines and room planning.
  • Adhere to safeguarding and health & safety policies at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is desirable (essential for Level 3).
  • Understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • A caring, proactive approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
