Build Recruitment are working with a leading social housing contractor to appoint a Supervisor to oversee planned works programmes across Cannock and Stafford.
The RoleYou will be responsible for managing a team of up to 10 operatives across planned works schemes within occupied social housing properties.
This is a non-working Supervisor position, focused on performance management, programme delivery, and getting the best out of your team on site.
The starting salary is up to £45,000 package.
Key ResponsibilitiesManaging productivity and performance to meet programme targets
Ensuring works are delivered to quality and compliance standards
Driving site-based H&S culture
Liaising with residents and stakeholders within occupied properties
Reporting into Contracts / Operations Management
Proven experience supervising planned works within social housing
Strong experience delivering kitchen & bathroom programmes
Ability to manage, motivate and get the best from operatives
SMSTS / SSSTS
