Site Supervisor

Build Recruitment are working with a leading social housing contractor to appoint a Supervisor to oversee planned works programmes across Cannock and Stafford.

You will be responsible for managing a team of up to 10 operatives across planned works schemes within occupied social housing properties.

This is a non-working Supervisor position, focused on performance management, programme delivery, and getting the best out of your team on site.

The starting salary is up to £45,000 package.

• Managing productivity and performance to meet programme targets

• Ensuring works are delivered to quality and compliance standards

• Driving site-based H&S culture

• Liaising with residents and stakeholders within occupied properties

• Reporting into Contracts / Operations Management

• Proven experience supervising planned works within social housing

• Strong experience delivering kitchen & bathroom programmes

• Ability to manage, motivate and get the best from operatives

• SMSTS / SSSTS

• H&S qualifications (desirable but not essential)
