What You'll Do: As a Senior Business Design Manager, you will:

• Analyze and solve complex business challenges in a structured manner.
• Step back to see the big picture and identify strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance our business design framework.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and buy-in for initiatives.
• Communicate ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven experience in business design or related field.
• A strong understanding of business operating models and strategic design principles.
