Job Description

Finance Administrator (Part-Time)
16.5 hours per week Flexible across 2-3 days Location - Newport
Department: Accounts Reporting to: Accounts Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join a fantastic team on a part-time basis. This is a flexible role offering 16.5 hours per week, worked over 2 or 3 days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchase and Sales Ledger duties

  • Invoice processing

  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable support

  • Cash book entries

  • Data entry and record maintenance

  • Maintaining organised filing systems

  • General office administration as required

About You:

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounting environment (essential)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Experience with electronic accounting/finance systems

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good communication and customer service skills
