Are you confident, adaptable, and passionate about supporting young people in their learning? A welcoming and well-respected secondary school in Newbury is seeking a Cover Supervisor to join their team for a minimum of 6 weeks, with the potential for the role to extend.
About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3-KS4 in a variety of subjects
- Manage the classroom and ensure a positive learning environment
- Support students in staying on task and meeting lesson objectives
- Follow school policies and uphold expectations around behaviour
- Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of each lesson
