Description

• Manage a caseload of personal injury claims efficiently and effectively.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a variety of personal injury cases.
• Draft legal documents, including correspondence, statements, and legal agreements.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and their representatives.
• Prepare cases for court hearings and represent clients when required.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the personal injury field.
• Maintain accurate records and case files, updating clients on case progress regularly.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for clients.

Profile

A successful Personal Injury Solicitor should have:

• Qualified as a Solicitor in Scotland
• Proven experience during training / post qualification managing personal injury cases from inception to conclusion.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures within the personal injury sector.
• Excellent client care skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and case management.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbally
