What will your day look like:

Managing a diverse caseload of high net worth and major loss claims, often involving intricate technical detailLeading investigations, assessing damage, and coordinating with experts to deliver fair, timely outcomesActing as a trusted advisor to clients, brokers, and insurers-bringing clarity, confidence, and professionalismNavigating specialist claims such as subsidence, escape of oil, and other complex property issuesContributing to continuous improvement across the team, sharing knowledge and elevating best practice

Knowledge and Abilities:

Proven experience as a Loss Adjuster, with exposure to high-value and complex claimsStrong technical capability and the confidence to handle challenging scenariosA calm, adaptable approach-able to balance empathy with commercial awarenessExcellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quicklyThe ability to commute into London within 2 hours when required
