The Role

As a Youth Worker / Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide targeted support to pupils with additional learning needs
• Build positive, trusting relationships to promote engagement and confidence
• Support emotional regulation, focus, and positive behaviour strategies
• Deliver targeted interventions and adapted learning activities
• Work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and wider staff team
• Help maintain an inclusive and supportive classroom environment

This role is ideal for a compassionate and proactive Youth Worker / Teaching Assistant who is confident supporting pupils academically, socially, and emotionally.

Experience working with children with SEN, SEMH, ADHD, or behavioural needs would be highly beneficial.
