The Role
The school are seeking a highly dedicated Deputy Housemaster/Deputy Housemistress to join the boarding team from August 2026. These roles are fundamental in ensuring the boarding houses and wider school operate smoothly and safely. Working within a military-influenced environment, you will help maintain the school's high standards of welfare, discipline, and pastoral care.
This is a non-teaching role, ideal for individuals passionate about working closely with young people in a structured, supportive boarding setting.
