I'm currently working in partnership with a highly respected, multi-disciplinary property and planning consultancy to recruit a Graduate Town Planner to join their established team in Lincoln.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate looking to kick-start their career within a supportive and commercially focused planning environment, gaining exposure to a diverse range of projects across the UK.

The Opportunity

As a Graduate Town Planner, you will become part of a dynamic and experienced planning team delivering expert advice across sectors including:

  • Residential and strategic land promotion

  • Commercial and mixed-use development

  • Rural and agricultural projects

  • Renewable energy schemes

You'll gain hands-on experience from day one, assisting with planning applications, site appraisals, policy research, and client liaison, while working alongside senior planners who are committed to mentoring and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals

  • Undertaking site visits and planning appraisals

  • Conducting policy research and preparing supporting statements

  • Supporting stakeholder and client engagement

  • Contributing to strategic land promotion projects

About You
  • RTPI-accredited degree (or working towards completion) in Town Planning or related discipline

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Commercial awareness and an interest in property and development

  • Proactive, organised, and keen to learn

  • Full UK driving licence (or working towards)
