The Role of a Key Account Executive:
To be a trusted point of contact for the customer
Manage and deal with queries and complaints
To understand customers requirements and ensure delivery to maximise customer satisfaction
To ensure customer SLA s are adhered to
Communicate with other internal departments across the business
To promote products and services to maximise customer accounts
To hold customer review meetings
To ensure customer accounts are paid in the agreed time frames
To work closely with your designated administrator and senior management teams
To maintain contact with your allocated customer base
