We are working with a well-established Corporate Department seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their growing team. RESPONSIBILITIES
Advise clients on acquisitions and disposals (shares, businesses, and assets), restructures, management buy-outs, joint ventures, and shareholders' agreements.
Draft, review, and negotiate corporate documents, including share and asset purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, joint venture agreements, subscription/investment agreements, articles of association, and governance documentation.
Prepare corporate resolutions and advise on company law compliance and corporate governance matters.
Manage transactions from instruction to completion, including due diligence, reports, and liaising with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
Build and maintain client relationships and support business development, including attending networking events.

Requirements
Solicitor qualified in England & Wales with 2-5 years' corporate-focused PQE.
Full clean UK drivers licence as occasional travel between other offices and networking events may be required.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills, technical knowledge appropriate to your PQE, and commercial awareness.
Confident managing some transactions independently, but comfortable asking for guidance where required.
Experience advising a variety of business clients, including family-owned and larger corporates.
