A global technology organisation is seeking a Renewal Specialist to support its Digital Marketing business on a contract basis. This role will focus on managing customer renewals, supporting sales operations, and ensuring the smooth execution of subscription and licensing agreements.
Working closely with the Renewal Specialists and wider customer teams, you will assist in managing maintenance agreements, licence renewals, and new subscription contracts. The role will involve regular reporting, data management, and coordination with both internal teams and external partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the renewal process for maintenance agreements, licence renewals, and subscription contracts
Assist Renewal Specialists in managing renewal operations across the digital marketing portfolio
Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
Ensure accuracy of renewal data and customer communications
Coordinate customer notifications related to contract renewals
Validate renewal orders and provide regular status updates
Work closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Customer Success, and partner teams
Maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers
Minimum 3 years' experience in a business operations or sales operations environment
Experience supporting commercial or subscription based sales teams
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and changing environment
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
