About The Role
Are you passionate about supporting people to make positive, lasting change?
We re looking for a Drug & Alcohol Practitioner to join our team in Hull, delivering vital psychosocial interventions and accredited treatment programmes to individuals with drug and alcohol needs within an integrated healthcare setting.
In this full-time (35 hours per week) role, you ll support individuals on their recovery journey using both harm reduction and abstinence-based approaches, helping them build the skills and confidence needed to move forward and prepare for life beyond custody.
What you ll be doing
This role sits within a multi-disciplinary team, so partnership working is key. You ll work closely with:
Together, you ll ensure individuals receive the support they need both during custody and as they prepare for release.
