Job Description

As a commis chef in large brigade you will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of dishes in a specific station according to recipes and chef specifications.

You will ensure high quality food , proper portion control and plating while maintaining a clean and sanitised work station.

37.5 hour working week, 5 out of 7 ( will include weekends)

Own transport essential due to rural location

5 year background security check required
