Lead the Quality and Food Safety initiatives, aiming to reduce complaints, rejections, and product holds. Coordinate daily taste panels and follow up on actions for sub-standard products. Develop and manage training programs for the QA team to uphold world-class quality assurance standards. Lead customer and third-party audits, presenting findings and defending traceability challenges. Required Skills & Qualifications: Level 3 Food Hygiene, Basic Health & Safety, and HACCP level 3 certifications. A-Level education minimum; a Diploma or higher in a Food-related discipline is preferred. Audit qualifications and significant experience with customer and third-party audits. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Quality Management Systems. Strong experience in the food industry, particularly in QA or related roles.
