Location: Cannock - Hybrid
Day Rate: £450-£600 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract: 6 months
Onsite:

• First 2 weeks Full time onsite
• Then 2 days onsite weekly

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced FP&A Analyst or Senior FP&A Analyst to join a high-performing finance team during a critical planning and reporting cycle. This is a hands-on, commercially focused contract offering strong visibility across the business.

You'll work closely with Finance Business Partners and Group Finance to support core FP&A cycles, including:

• Supporting the Budget, Monthly Forecasts and Long-Range Planning
• Preparing planning schedules and maintaining key assumptions
• Conducting month-end variance analysis and resolving data issues with outsourced teams
• Using BI tools to deliver insight and performance metrics
• Assisting with consolidation work, reporting packs and presentations for senior leadership
• Delivering ad-hoc modelling, data gathering and decision-support analysis

• Strong background in FP&A, commercial finance or analytical roles
• Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
• Able to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Advanced Excel capability + strong PowerPoint skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Infor Cloudsuite beneficial) and BI/reporting/Excel tools
• High accuracy, analytical mindset and strong ownership of deliverables
• Willingness to be onsite full-time for initial onboarding, then hybrid
