Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organised Personal Assistant to provide administrative and organisational support to a business leaser in the Poole area. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and supporting a small team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing diaries and scheduling meetings

  • Handling emails and correspondence

  • Organising travel and accommodation when required

  • Preparing basic documents, reports, and presentations

  • Taking meeting notes and distributing minutes

  • Acting as a point of contact for internal and external enquiries

  • General administrative support to the wider team

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a PA, EA, or senior administrative role

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
