Job Description

Your new role

  • Logging, scanning and uploading timesheets for payroll
  • Handling phone calls and allocating work tasks
  • Updating and issuing work orders.
  • Lisiaing with contractors
  • Maintain files - contracts, timesheets, work orders
  • Maintain digital records


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Proven administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills (will be first point of contact for calls into the office)
  • Car ower (office location is not accessible via public transport)
  • Must be able to work 5 days in office working 7:30am - 3:30pm (no flexibility on working pattern)
