About the Role:
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in bringing our client's brand vision to life. You will contribute to the design of digital and print materials that drive trade and consumer sales for their branded products. You'll be working closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to ensure that all designs align with the brand strategy and target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Integrity: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure all digital assets and printed materials reflect the brand's positioning and strategy.
• Seasonal Launches: Present innovative design ideas for seasonal campaigns and apply approved designs across various marketing platforms.
• Digital Creation: Craft eye-catching digital assets for the website, including web banners, emails, and social media ads while adhering to the trading plan.
• Print Materials: Refresh and prepare print-ready artwork for catalogues, shade cards, and price lists, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Point of Sale Design: Work with suppliers to create in-store signage and displays that align with campaign themes, including visual mock-ups for presentations.
• Product Design: Develop graphics for yarn ball bands and promotional items, enhancing consumer engagement.
• Key Account Support: Resize images and digital assets to support key account partners and maximise campaign reach.
• Social Media Graphics: Design and resize images for social media platforms to support growth and engagement.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist on photoshoots and video filming as needed.
• Take on occasional design briefs from other departments.
• Complete other tasks within your skill set as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in an Art/Design related subject.

Essential Skills:

• Commercial Experience: Experience in graphic design for print and digital, ideally in a brand-oriented environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong communication skills to ensure clarity and quality in all design projects.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to generate innovative ideas and practical solutions for design challenges.
• Team Player: Collaborative spirit with a willingness to support team objectives and share knowledge.
• Attention to Detail: An exceptional eye for detail to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Organisational Skills: Capable of managing multiple projects and prioritising workload effectively.
