Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.
We are currently recruiting for a temporary Administrator
to join their team.
The main purpose of this role is to help with administration duties across the HR / training department
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £25,000, depending on experience.
This role is
full-time and temporary for 6 months. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am -4pm or 9am -5pm
your responsibilities will include: - Assist with clearing through training folders.
- Ensure all client portals are up to date
- Dealing with incoming Emails
- Ensure all purchase orders are update on the internal CRM system
- Speak to existing clients via telephone
The ideal candidate: - Be available immediately for up to 6 months
- Used to working on Microsoft packages
- Be proactive and organised
