Forklift Driver

New Resource Recruitment are currently recruiting Forklift Drivers (Reach & Counterbalance) on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing business based in Salisbury. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced forklift drivers looking for ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Moving stock within the warehouse and storage areas

• Putting stock away into racking locations

• Assisting with picking and general warehouse duties when required

• Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any faults

• Adhering to all health and safety procedures on site

• Working both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

Requirements

• Valid Reach and/or Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB / ITSSAR or equivalent)

• Previous forklift driving experience is essential

• Strong awareness of health and safety

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Good attention to detail and organisational skills

Shifts Available

• Monday to Friday

• Days, afternoon and night shifts available

• Overtime opportunities may be available during busy periods
