Audit Supervisor

A role suitable for an ACCA or ACA qualified auditor from a practice background that is looking to gain increased responsibility and interaction with a broad client base of SMEs and corporates.

Description

• Lead and supervise audit teams, providing leadership, mentorship, and support to junior colleagues
• Review audit files to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistently high standards.
• Identify key operational issues for clients, recommending practical solutions while maintaining strong, trusted client relationships.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and management throughout the audit process.
• Prepare audit files in line with the firm's audit manual for managerial review.
• Perform detailed technical work with a focus on delivering exceptional client service in a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Approach complex technical matters with confidence, commercial awareness, and initiative.

Profile

• ACCA or ACA qualified
• 3+ years of audit experience, ideally with at least 12 months of 'in-charging' experience
• Confident communicator, able to motivate and guide junior team members
