- Support the People function on supporting the organisation through TUPE and change activity
- Analyse T&C's differences
- Support with reviewing a variety of T&C's to develop suggests on harmonisation
- Analyse themes
- Develop a change proposal around costs and T&C's moving forward
- Support with trade union consultations and negotiations
Profile
An Interim HR Consultant with:
- Change management or TUPE experience with T&C's harmonisation
- Higher Education experience desirable
- Experience working in a unionised environment
- Proactive approach and strong initiative
- Looking for a HR Generalist background or ER professional
- Able to start at short notice
