An Interim HR Consultant to:

  • Support the People function on supporting the organisation through TUPE and change activity
  • Analyse T&C's differences
  • Support with reviewing a variety of T&C's to develop suggests on harmonisation
  • Analyse themes
  • Develop a change proposal around costs and T&C's moving forward
  • Support with trade union consultations and negotiations

Profile

An Interim HR Consultant with:

  • Change management or TUPE experience with T&C's harmonisation
  • Higher Education experience desirable
  • Experience working in a unionised environment
  • Proactive approach and strong initiative
  • Looking for a HR Generalist background or ER professional
  • Able to start at short notice

Job Offer

Up to 300 per day dependent on experience
