Description
As a Family Solicitor your duties will include:
- a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements.
- Provide clear and comprehensive legal advice to clients on family-related issues.
- Draft and review documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
- Represent clients in court and mediation settings as required.
- Maintain accurate records and case files, adhering to confidentiality and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the legal department to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Stay updated on changes in family law and related regulations.
Profile
