Description

The Workplace Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Manage day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring all workplace services run smoothly.
  • Coordinate with service providers for maintenance, cleaning, and security requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the workplace.
  • Support the delivery of office moves, refurbishments, or workspace changes.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory levels.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace-related queries.
  • Assist in implementing sustainability initiatives within the office environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of workplace operations and vendor agreements.

Profile

A successful Workplace Coordinator should have:
