Accounts Payable Specialist

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AP professional to join a supportive finance team within a business that values accuracy, efficiency and continuous improvement.

What will the Accounts Payable Specialist role involve?

• Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments across purchases and cashback transactions
• Reviewing and resolving incomplete or incorrect payment requests by liaising with internal stakeholders
• Raising bank payments and completing reconciliations
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, processes and financial controls
• Supporting the wider finance function during busy periods and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required

Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Payable Specialist vacancy:

• Proven experience within Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
• Confident raising bank payments and performing reconciliations
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
