About the Role

We're seeking a commercially minded Revenue & Events Office Manager to drive occupancy, yield, and overall revenue performance while leading a high-performing Sales & Events Office. This role is ideal for someone ambitious, detail-driven, and confident managing both people and processes in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Revenue Focus

  • Maximise sales and revenue across all market segments.
  • Oversee yield management for bedrooms and function spaces.
  • Monitor trends, demand, lead times, and conversion to increase profitability.

Team Leadership

  • Lead the on-site Sales & Events Office team to achieve targets.
  • Maintain high standards across enquiry handling, planning, and client support.
  • Improve productivity throughout the pre- and post-sales cycle.

Reporting & Data Integrity

  • Produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Ensure precise data entry for events and reservations.
  • Oversee invoicing, ledgers, credit checks, and account settlement.

Event Delivery & Client Experience

  • Work closely with Operations to ensure seamless conferences, events, and weddings.
  • Lead weekly meetings to review event details and operational needs.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and attention to detail at every stage.

Business Development Support

  • Identify leads and support targeting new business.
  • Assist with familiarisation visits, show rounds, and hosted events.
  • Contribute to developing future event and wedding brochures.
