Description

  • Assist with drafting and reviewing conveyancing documents and contracts.
  • Conduct property searches and prepare relevant reports.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to facilitate property transactions.
  • Manage case files and ensure compliance with legal standards and deadlines.
  • Support solicitors in resolving queries related to property law.
  • Prepare and submit Land Registry applications and Stamp Duty Land Tax returns.
  • Maintain accurate records and update case management systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal department as required.

Profile

A successful Temporary Conveyancing Paralegal should have:
