Customer Service Advisor

Location: Rayleigh, Essex
Pay Rate: Up to £13 P/H
Job Type: Temporary ongoing
Start Date: Monday 16th March
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Overview
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our client on a temporary basis to provide cover. This is a busy, customer-focused role where you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls while ensuring a high standard of service is maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Assisting customers with enquiries and providing accurate information
  • Processing incoming parts and associated paperwork
  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams to resolve queries
  • Providing a professional and helpful service at all times
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service or office-based role is desirable
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Able to start on Monday 16th March
