OverviewWe are currently seeking a
Customer Service Advisor to join our client on a temporary basis to provide cover. This is a busy, customer-focused role where you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls while ensuring a high standard of service is maintained.
Key Responsibilities - Managing inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assisting customers with enquiries and providing accurate information
- Processing incoming parts and associated paperwork
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
- Communicating effectively with internal teams to resolve queries
- Providing a professional and helpful service at all times
Requirements - Previous experience in a customer service or office-based role is desirable
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to start on Monday 16th March
