Job Type: Full-time, Pay: 29,000.00- 31,000.00 per year

The role of Chef de Partie:

You will be required to assist in the preparation of the mise en place, prep lists and service of dishes at meal times. To ensure your section is clean, well-stocked and organised ready for service. It is a vital part of the position to keep food quality for both guests and staff to the best standard potentially possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section

Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes

Preparing meat and fish

Assisting with the management of health and safety

Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices

Managing and training any Commis Chefs

Monitoring portion and waste control

Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards

The salary for this opportunity of Chef de Partie is given as 29,000 - 31,000 / per annum. Shared Live in is available if you are looking to relocate.
