Temporary Receptionist role
Working days: 17th, 19th, 26th March
Shift times: 09:00-17:00
Pay rate: 12.60 an hour
Location: Cardiff CF10
What You'll Do:
As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Your role will be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Here's what you can expect:
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a tidy reception area that reflects our professional image
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Support administrative tasks and provide assistance to team members as needed
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with any guest requirements
