Project Support
Location: Bridgwater, UK

Pay: 170 per day

Hours: Monday - Friday 37 Hours office working

Our Client, a leading organisation in the nuclear sector, is hiring for a dedicated Project Support to join their HPC Delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a major new nuclear build project, supporting senior stakeholders and ensuring smooth office operations.

What you'll be doing:
Providing professional, accurate administrative support to the programme and wider team
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas and meeting packs
Coordinating travel arrangements, accommodation, and hospitality for meetings and events
Maintaining data and records for easy access and retrieval
Liaising with internal and external contacts to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
Recording and producing minutes for key meetings
Handling office services such as reprographics and document binding
Responding to emails and phone enquiries from a wide range of stakeholders
Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

What you'll bring:
Strong organisational skills with a flexible, methodical approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organisation
Ability to work independently, proactively, and manage multiple tasks
Previous experience supporting teams or senior managers
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Qualifications & Experience:
Proven administrative support experience in a professional environment
Familiarity with managing diaries, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings
Ability to adapt to new systems and processes
