An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
Legal Assistant to join a fast-growing and dynamic organisation based in Harrogate. This is a fantastic role for a confident, highly organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting a busy legal function.
You will play a key role in supporting the senior legal team with contract management, documentation preparation, and stakeholder coordination across the business.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct initial due diligence and support a range of legal transactions
- Prepare documentation including management agreements, consultancy agreements, variations, and side letters (under supervision)
- Manage and maintain the contract database
- Monitor and diarise contract renewal dates
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including Business Development, Procurement, Compliance, and Finance
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and workstream trackers
- Support with information requests and dispute documentation
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
About You: - Previous experience in a legal support or contract management role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
