Internal Sales Executive

Location: North East (hybrid available)
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Monthly Bonus

We re currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join a UK leading steel stockholder and processor in the North East.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong sales background, ideally within steel or a related industry, looking to develop and grow within a supportive and commercially focused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing existing customer accounts within a defined geographical area
  • Proactively growing accounts and identifying new opportunities
  • Following up on quotations to maximise conversion rates
  • Working towards and achieving monthly sales targets
  • Building strong, long-term client relationships

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an internal sales role
  • Background in steel/metals (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Target driven with a proactive approach
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively

Package Details:

  • Salary up to £35,000
  • Monthly commission structure
  • Hybrid working available
  • Opportunity to join leader in the steel industry
  • 08:45-17:00 Monday to Thursday / 08:45-16:30 Fridays
  • 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
