Interim ERP Implementation Specialist

CMA Recruitment Group is supporting a progressive multisite business in Portsmouth in their recruitment of an Interim ERP Implementation Specialist for a period of c18 months. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving digital transformation and operational efficiency across the business as they implement Oracle.

What will the ERP Implementation Specialist role involve?

• Working closely with external advisors and leading the end-to-end implementation of Oracle, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful rollout
• Focus on finance processes, mapping out the chart of accounts and ensuring successful workflow
• Acting as the key technical point of authority within the business, configuring and customising the ERP solution to meet operational and reporting requirements
• Managing data migration, system integration and user acceptance testing, whilst identifying and resolving any issues throughout the implementation lifecycle

Suitable Candidate for the ERP Implementation Specialist vacancy:

• Proven experience in ERP implementation, ideally Oracle, with a strong finance understanding
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical teams and non-technical business users at all levels

• Interim position for c18 months, working on a hybrid basis with c50 of the role worked out of the businesses Portsmouth office
