The Role
You will join a growing and highly regarded team advising on a full range of employment matters, including:
- Employment Tribunal litigation (unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing)
- Day-to-day HR and advisory support
- Disciplinary and grievance processes
- TUPE and transactional support
- Settlement agreements and exit strategies
The role offers a high level of responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners in a genuinely collaborative environment.
The Candidate
- 1PQ+ Employment Solicitor
- Experience in employment law (respondent)
- Confident managing client relationships
- Commercial and pragmatic in approach
- Keen to develop within a specialist team
