The purpose of this role is to strengthen the relationship between the University and its prospective students through the effective use of CRM and digital media

Description

1. CRM & Data Management

  • Use CRM systems to deliver targeted, timely communications.
  • Support enquiry collection across events and digital channels.
  • Manage data imports and ensure compliance with data protection policies.

2. Communications & Campaigns

  • Support delivery of campaigns to engage prospective students.
  • Build and manage CRM communications and automations.
  • Create high-quality, on-brand email templates.
  • Help develop communications for key audiences (students, parents, teachers).

3. Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign effectiveness using CRM tools, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Use data insights to improve processes and communications.
  • Benchmark CRM performance against competitors.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and dataset management.

Profile

CRM systems: Experience with CRM/email marketing platforms (incl. Microsoft Dynamics).

Data analysis: Handling large datasets using Excel/Power BI.

Project management: Managing priorities to meet deadlines and targets.

HTML: Writing/editing code for email communications.

Higher Education: Experience working in HE.
