Are you passionate about maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene in manufacturing? Our client, a reputable organisation, is hiring a dedicated Quality Assurance Technologist to support their commitment to delivering safe, hygienic, and top-quality products.

What you'll be doing:
Support the QHSE Manager in maintaining quality and hygiene management systems, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Conduct inspections, testing, and sampling throughout production to verify product quality and compliance.
Perform laboratory tests such as yield, bond strengths, and solvent retention.
Prepare samples and compile certificates of compliance and analysis reports.
Investigate customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Support internal and external audits, liaising with certification bodies.
Conduct hygiene inspections, glass audits, and maintain site cleanliness.
Lead training sessions on quality and hygiene policies, maintaining accurate records.
Assist with maintaining the quality management system, including traceability audits and supplier complaints.
Participate in initiatives to improve health, safety, waste reduction, and process efficiency.

Essential qualifications:
