Static Plumber

Randstad C&P is working with a leading Facilities Management client who is looking to add an experienced Maintenance Plumber to their team of engineers. This is a static position carrying out work on a commercial site in Newcastle.

• Competitive salary up to 35,500 per annum, depending on experience
• Core working hours Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
• Full-time and permanent opportunity

• Maintenance of existing installations in commercial premises
• Responding to and completing the planned, reactive, and repair work orders
• Inspection of drains and systems
• Plumbing maintenance work
• Using your initiative to evaluate performance and ensure that equipment is serviced and maintained
• Comply with health and safety policies/legislation
• Providing a good level of customer service to peers and contract holders

• Recognised apprenticeship ideally with 2-3 years experience in a similar role
• Must hold an NVQ qualification or equivalent
• Excellent communicator at all levels
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Ability to work as part of a team
