Plumber
- Location: Mobile around Portsmouth and surrounding areas
- Job Type: Full-time
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 17:00pm (30-minute lunch break)

Join our Clients dynamic team as a Plumber, where you will play a crucial role in a reactive maintenance environment. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in plumbing and experience in social housing contracts or domestic repairs. You will be responsible for ensuring all repairs and maintenance work are completed to high standards, within customer specifications and contractual obligations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and carry out necessary repairs accurately within the customer's specifications and scope of contract, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Undertake all aspects of repairs/maintenance work according to your skills to maintain required quality standards.
- Assess work requirements upon arrival at the site and execute the correct repairs efficiently and effectively.
- Report to the Supervisor, ensuring clear communication and adherence to job specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven plumbing experience, particularly in social housing contracts or domestic repairs.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong understanding of PPE and Health and Safety requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and deliver results within tight deadlines.
