Job Location - Glasgow and Edinburgh - UK

Position Overview

The Client is seeking an Oracle Cloud HR Helpdesk Consultant for its Shared Services Program. The consultant will play a critical role in supporting the live HR, ERP, and EPM modules, which launched in October 2024 and serve over 20,000 users.

Mandatory Requirements 

• Experience delivering HR Helpdesk solutions, including working with agents, capturing requirements, building and configuring the solution, testing, and deploying.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for the live Shared Services Program systems.
• Implement enhancements to the current system.
• Manage monthly and quarterly Oracle upgrades.
• Expand the system's footprint to additional client Government bodies.
