Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known company based in the North London area who are looking for a highly skilled Smoke Alarm Monitoring Officer to join their team

Duties - Smoke Alarm Monitoring Officer

• Testing Smoke Alarms LD3 system primarily located within communal areas of street properties
• Installing Grade F smoke alarms LD3 system as and when necessary
• Diagnose minor faults with smoke alarm equipment (not electrical)
• Check and inspect communal areas within street properties and record findings
• Immediately remove any items, which could cause an immediate risk of fire
