We are currently looking to recruit an Interim Procurement Consultant for a growing consultancy firm! This role would require some travel across the North West of England & would be working outside IR35! We are looking for candidates who have come from a regulated background!

This role would be working for a growing consultancy firm who are looking for an Interim Consultant to support them on a project across the North West of England. This is a very exciting time to join a growing consultancy firm on a long term project!

Description

As Interim Procurement Consultant, duties will include, however not be limited to:

  • Manage procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide procurement solutions.
  • Prepare and manage tender processes, including evaluation and contract negotiations.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the supply chain.

Profile

A successful Interim Procurement Consultant Should Have:

  • Proven experience in procurement ideally within a regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
  • Proficiency in relevant procurement software and tools.
  • Ability to travel across the North West.

Job Offer

  • Competitive daily rate between 500 - 600 Outside IR35, depending on experience.
